Modern Patch Monday: Modern Maker {Iris}

Hallo und Willkommen zu einem neuen Modern Patch Monday!
Hello and welcome to a new Modern Patch Monday!

Nach Langer Zeit bin ich, Iris, mal wieder an der Reihe. Mein Teller war sehr voll in letzter Zeit. Aber das Licht am Ende der Tunnel wird sichtbar. Letzte Woche Montag schrieb ich meine vorletzte Prüfung und Anfang April werde ich meine letzte Prüfung schreiben. 
So it has been a while since it was my turn last. I have been incredibly busy with school stuff. However last monday I wrote my one before last exam. Begin of April will be the final one and then there will be more time for me to do some more regular sewing

Daher gibt es ab jetzt langsam auch wieder mehr Zeit zum Nähen. Angefangen habe ich mit meinem jüngsten UFO. Nachdem ich für Christiane für unser Taschenwichteln eine kleine Makerstote nähte, wollte ich selbst auch eine haben. I took a taster of what that will be like and finished my very first UFO of this year. It was my youngest one as well. I started this one in december after I made Christiane a small version for our Bag swap.

Ich hatte auch schon den richtigen Stoff Zuhause. Auf der Nadelwelt hatte ich letztes Jahr diese Maker Maker Stoffe ergattert; ein besseres Project gab es nicht dafür.
I already had the right fabric at home as well. I bought some Maker Maker fabric on the Nadelwelt last may. I couldn't think of a better project to use it for.

Eine kleine Änderung habe ich vor genommen: am Boden gab es dieses mal ein bisschen Unterstützung. Meine Tasche ist auch fast fertig geworden diese Woche. Es fehlen nur noch Henkel. Da helft Alex mir aus. Ich muss mir "nur" für eine Farbe entscheiden.
This time I added a little something: on the bottom I have added some extra support. The only thing that is missing now is the handels. And Alex has kindly decided to help me out. All I need to do now is pick a colour.
